Sounds like the battery is weak and you're getting cadance lock. Clean up the internals and replace the battery then reassess. You can also try removing its connection from your watch then replace the battery and add it again after. r/Garmin. Before I did this I measured around 300 ohm between the positive and negative terminals. After dehydrating I did not measure any resistance between positive and negative. I then added a new battery into the HRM Pro and found that it was working 100%. I then sealed my unit properly with silicone to prevent any moisture from entering the device. Post #1 of 21 (4227 views) I bought a Garmin HRM Pro heart rate strap to use while cycling, outdoors and for Zwift. I've always been curious about my heart during swimming, so I tried it with my Garmin 935. But I'm having problems with the strap saving the heart data after my swim workout. The strap works fine during a swim session. 13 Likes. Brennus September 4, 2019, 11:12am 4. I’ve had my Garmin HR strap for 23 months. Before that I had a Polar HR strap for 41 months. I just discovered that the battery voltage of the HRM-RUN is recorded in the .fit files from my F5X+. Fenix 6X sapphire here, but I don't think it's the watch because the dips happen over the course of 10 seconds or so and you can see the strap reporting 130, then 125, then 121, then 118, 116, 110, then back up. I don't think that would happen if the watch was just dropping the connection. Kinda bummed to see it is happening on the HRM-Pro too.
